Food that is Safe is the Food we All must Consume.

World Food Safety Day is observed according to the proclamation by the United Nations General Assembly in 2018 that every 7th June would be WFSD to draw global attention to the contamination of food and water. The theme for this year is ‘Safe Food Today for a Healthy Tomorrow’ - it stresses that the production and consumption of safe food have immediate and long-term benefits for people, the planet, and the economy.

79 After Dark echoes this thought - food safety is the most important factor at any given point of operation and should be the focus of any business that deals in the production, selling, handling and preparation of food. The purpose of a restaurant is to serve food that is not just delicious but safe.
